Objective: Negotiate a high-stakes deal while managing private information, internal alignment, trust, and implementation risk.

Setup: Join the room with the code from your facilitator and join Company A or Company B.

How to play: Each side receives a private briefing, aligns internally, makes offers, and responds under time pressure across multiple rounds.

Your role: Protect your side's priorities, manage trust, and decide what information to reveal or hold back.

End condition: Debrief whether each side created a viable deal, protected the relationship, and handled information asymmetry well.
